This website is owned and operated by Minna Parikka Shoes Oy, Aleksanterinkatu 36, 00100 Helsinki, Finland, register number 2197838-2 in Finnish trade register, VAT number FI21978382 (“Minna Parikka Shoes”). Minna Parikka Shoes is the seller of all the products offered for sale on this website.
APPLICABILITY AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
By placing an order for products in the Site and checking the box on accepting the sales terms you agree to these terms.
The sales terms may be updated or amended by Minna Parikka Shoes from time to time, with or without prior notice. Such updates or amendments shall be effective from the effective date (please see the date on the upper corner of this site). You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.
Minna Parikka Shoes cannot guarantee the accessibility of the site and Minna Parikka Shoes cannot be held responsible for inaccessibility of the Site. Minna Parikka Shoes reserves the right to restrict the access to the site, partly or in whole, from time to time, without any prior notice.
All orders are subject to Minna Parikka Shoes' acceptance and availability. Minna Parikka Shoes does not guarantee the availability of all products advertised on the Site. Minna Parikka Shoes undertakes to their best efforts to indicate the current availability on the Site.
The products offered for sale on the Site do not represent any binding offer by Minna Parikka Shoes but only a request for the customer to submit a binding offer on purchasing the goods listed in the order. By accepting these terms you also accept that placing an order on the Site will be interpreted as submitting a binding offer to buy and will be governed by these sales terms.
Kindly check that the information submitted in the order is correct. When placing an order the customer undertakes that all details provided to Minna Parikka Shoes are true and accurate and that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order.
The customer will receive a confirmation email after the purchase. This email will only be a notice of receipt of placement of the order and will not constitute acceptance of the order. Please note that a sales contract between the customer and Minna Parikka Shoes as regards to the goods shall be formed after the customer receives a shipping confirmation.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
Prices shown on the Site represent the price of the products displayed on the Site at the time of the order, except if obviously erroneous. Online shop prices are not guaranteed to correspond to prices of any mortar stores or resellers. The prices may be changed by Minna Parikka Shoes without any prior notice. Prices do include a value-added tax on the rate applicable from time to time. The amount of the value-added tax will appear during the checkout process after you have indicated the country of your billing and delivery address. Prices do not include the charges for delivery and handling, which shall be separately calculated and shown in the total of your order before the order may be placed (please see below for Delivery Charges).
The Site may use third party providers to verify your payment and the customer may be directed to third-party sites, which have their own privacy policies. Any data provided to third-party sites will be handled in accordance with the privacy policies of those third parties.
Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. The products shall not be shipped prior to the card issuer’s acceptance of the use for the purchase. Ownership of the products shall vest with Minna Parikka Shoes before the products are paid in full (Klarna).

We accept Visa and Master Card, Visa Electron and Debit cards.
Online bank payment (ONLY IN FINLAND & ÅLAND)
We accept online bank payments in Finland and Åland through services provided by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7)
We accept PayPal payments. Please note that the PayPal service fee 3,4% will be added to the total sum of your order.
Klarna part payment/ Klarna account (ONLY IN FINLAND & ÅLAND)
We accept Klarna part payment and Klarna account payment methods for orders in Finland and Åland. The handling fee (5,95 €) will be added to the order total. Our partner Klarna AB handles both payment methods.
DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES
Delivery time and price may vary depending on the location the products will be delivered to. We use DHL Express Worldwide for deliveries. In Finland, also Postal service may be chosen as a delivery method.
The products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer in the order. After the order has been processed and shipped we do not make any changes to the delivery address. Estimated delivery times and charges are indicated here below. May the processing of the order be delayed we will inform you of the new estimated delivery time within 3 working days of placing the order. Please note that we are unable to affect the delivery times of DHL or Finnish Postal Service.

If you are making the purchase of the products from a country outside the European Union, you will only be charged for product price. The import charges will be on your responsibility. Such import charges may include, but not limitto: import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please contact your local customs service for further information.
Please note that Minna Parikka Shoes cannot be held responsible for any damage or losses of goods by the DHL or Finnish Postal Service.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RETURN RIGHT PROVIDED HERE UNDER DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY CUSTOM MADE OR OTHERWISE IDENTIFICATED PRODUCTS.
European Union //
If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order with the Site, provided you give Minna Parikka Shoes a written notice thereof. The cancellation notice may be given any time after the order has been placed, up to fourteen (14) days after receiving your order. For canceling or returning the order, please contact customer care: onlineshop(at)minnaparikka.com or by phone +358447961182 (local toll shall apply). With your order, you will receive a return form. Please note that the filled out form must be included in the return package.
The item shall be returned without undue delay, however not later than within 14 days after sending the cancellation notice to Minna Parikka Shoes. Minna Parikka Shoes will issue the customer a refund in fourteen (14) days from when the filled out the return form and the product is received. If the product has been returned according to our instructions, we will refund the full cost of the product, but a return fee applies. The return fee will be deducted from the refund.
Other Countries //
If you are based outside of the European Union, you will have a right to request a return within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of your order. For returning your order, please contact customer care: onlineshop(at)minnaparikka.com or by phone +358447961182 (local toll shall apply). With your order, you will receive a return form and return label for the shipment. Please note that the filled out form must be included in the return package.
Minna Parikka Shoes will issue the customer a refund in fourteen (14) days from when the filled out return form is received. Outside the EU, Minna Parikka Shoes will not refund original customs duties and/or sales taxes. However, you may be able to recover duties and taxes by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Minna Parikka Shoes will not refund the original shipping costs outside Europe unless it can be proven that the item has been received faulty or damaged in the transportation. In such case, please contact customer care immediately.

HOW TO EXCHANGE/RETURN:
- Provide a return notice to Minna Parikka Shoes by email or phone.
2. Fill out the return form and make sure you have the DHL return dispatch note from the package of your original order.
3. Pack the item you want to return carefully by using the original shoe box and the original shipping bag, or another protective box. Make sure the filled-out return form is inside the package.
4. Contact your local DHL customer service www.dhl.com and request a pick up suitable for your timetable. Alternatively, you may go to https://locator.dhl.comto find a DHL Service Point Location to see your nearest DHL centers to drop off your shipment.
- Give the package and the DHL dispatch note to the DHL employer. Orders outside the EU also require two copies of the commercial invoice.
POSTI (ONLY IN FINLAND)
- Provide a return notice to Minna Parikka Shoes by email or phone.
2. Fill out the return form and make sure you have the POSTI return dispatch note from the package of your original order.
3. Pack the item you want to return carefully by using the original shoe box and the original shipping bag, or another protective box. Make sure the filled out exchange/return form is inside the package.
4. Attach the dispatch note on the top of the package.
5. Take the package to the nearest Post Office.
Items should be returned in accordance with the above process and any additional instructions received from the customer service. Please note that Minna Parikka Shoes will not cover any additional costs resulting from other delivery methods/options, or shipping from another country than the country that is associated with the original order.
The returned items should be unused and in the same condition as you received them. Returns that are damaged, spoiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged or missing.
Any other conditions or terms related to the transaction that might be based on statutory rights or laws applicable in the local jurisdiction where you purchased the ordered items are excluded by these sales terms to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Only items bought from the Site may be returned via this return process.
VISA & MASTERCARD – credit/debit card refund; PAYTRAIL – refund via wire transfer (only in Finland & Åland); PAYPAL – refund via PayPal (Paypal handling fee 3,4 % will not be refunded); KLARNA (only in Finland & Åland) – refund via Klarna (Klarna handling fee 5,95 € will not be refunded)
Please note that it might take up to 10 working days for the refund transaction to be completed.
(Please note that the shoes come from our shop in Helsinki and may have been fitted, so they might have marks on the soles. The shoes are fitted under the supervision of the salesperson and have not been used otherwise.)
Shall the customer receive ordered products damaged in transportation or otherwise defective, the customer has to contact Minna Parikka Shoes’ customer care immediately.
Products purchased via our online store cannot be exchanged directly: please order a new product and return the original. Once your return has arrived and processed you will be notified by email. We will refund the full cost of the product but a return fee applies. The return fee will be deducted from the refund.
Online gift card
The gift card can be used in Minna Parikka Online Shop and is valid for six (6) months from the date of the purchase. After the purchase, the gift card code will be emailed to the person who makes the order.
Store gift card
The gift card can be used in Minna Parikka Flagship Store in Helsinki, Finland. The gift card is valid for six (6) months from the date of the purchase and will be shipped gift-wrapped.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Please note, that Minna Parikka Shoes cannot guarantee the pictures on the Site to display color, proportion, and detail with 100 % accuracy.
Minna Parikka Shoes shall not be held liable for any errors, inaccuracies, deficiencies or other effects, delays or lack of correctness of the information contained in the online shop. Minna Parikka Shoes does not accept any liability except the specific liabilities expressed in the applicable law for suitability of the items for your particular purpose. Minna Parikka Shoes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, immediate or consequential damage any special damage, or for such damage based on tort liability (including damage arising from loss of business, contract, product or information or from interruption of business operations), arising from use of the Site or of the contents thereof, or from prevention of the said use, or from these Terms, regardless of whether the said damage is based on an agreement, infringement of rights or other grounds. This clause shall not, however, apply to situations where Minna Parikka Shoes or its legal representative has breached its duties intentionally or in gross negligence; death or personal injury has been incurred due to such breach or in case of any liability arising from product liability legislation.
Unless otherwise stated in these terms or elsewhere, all intellectual property rights (including but not limited to trademarks, domain names, and pictures) in all content included on this Site is the sole property of Minna Parikka Shoes or its contractual parties and is protected by applicable legislation around the world.
If Minna Parikka Shoes fails to comply with the terms and conditions or provision of services hereunder because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as, but not limited to, labour strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes, shall such circumstances result in relief from damages and other measures. Should such a situation arise, Minna Parikka Shoes will notify the customer of the circumstances as soon as practicably possible. Shall such circumstances last for over two (2) months, may the transaction be canceled by both of the parties.
THE CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE WEBSITE
The customer is granted a restricted usage right to the Site. The customer shall not save, use, show in public, deliver or forward the contents of the Site or any material received through the Site or its usage to any third party except in the limits set forth in these terms or in copyright regulations. The customer shall not misuse the Site. The customer shall not commit or encourage a criminal offense, transmit or distribute a virus or any other material, which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene. The customer shall not hack into service, corrupt data, cause annoyance to other users, send spam or try to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this website.
Shall any of these terms and conditions be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable by law, shall the invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of that specific condition not affect the validity of the rest of these terms.
These sales terms together with all other policies of Minna Parikka Shoes will be governed by and construed in accordance to the relevant Finnish law and the relevant courts of Finland will have exclusive jurisdiction.
