General information about shipping
The delivery time varies depending on the delivery method and begins on the next Business Day following the shipping date. Available delivery methods and prices vary depending on the destination country.
All items will be dispatched when possible on the next business Day but at least within 7 business days after receiving the order. All delivery methods are traceable using a tracking number. A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email upon dispatch of your order along with your tracking number.
We are using DHL and GLS as delivery companies for international orders. Shipping costs for international orders are based on the total weight of the order. Each shipping method starts at the below flat rate fee which will increase based on the weight of the items your order contains. Additional taxes and fees may apply depending on the destination. Possible custom duties and taxes are due to the customer. If the custom duties and taxes are not handled, the shipment will be viewed as delivered and remains non-refundable.
